| At Tri Geeks Multisport, we want to hear about any
concerns you may have with products you have purchased from us. For returns or
exchanges please email us at
sales@trigeeks.ca prior to returning a
product to obtain a return authorization number. A return authorization
number is required in order for us to process your exchange or return. |

| If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a
full refund or exchange minus the cost of shipping when your goods are returned to us in
as-new condition within 15 days of the invoice date. Goods that show visible signs
of use or damage will not be eligible for exchanges or returns. Products containing
manufacturer defects will be reshipped to the customer at no extra charge.
Please note: that products such as swimwear and goggles
are not returnable due to hygienic concerns. Please ensure you
wear undergarments when trying on all Tri Geeks Multisport clothing.

Before returning goods, please ensure the following:
- You have completed a return form, complete with return authorization number. The
return form will be either mailed or emailed to you upon Tri Geeks Multisport issuing a
return authorization number.
- You have included your original invoice or sales receipt.
- You have repackaged the goods in either original packaging or have ensured proper
packaging so goods will not be damaged during delivery.

delivery returns and is not responsible for items lost during shipping. We
suggest you return goods by Insured Prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your
delivery enables you to track your parcel with Canada Post. |
