RUN ROUTE
SUBMISSION FORM
We have set-up our submission form and we encourage everyone to share
their training routes with their fellow runners. The more triathletes share this
information the more you encourage others to do the same. Please check back often
and share as many as you like. By sharing your routes you are sharing your knowledge
about your community.
This area is meant for people of all areas and abilities so come one come
all, no matter where you live.
Please keep in mind when you review the submissions we post:
We don't run them all. We count on your honesty and accuracy of
route info.
Please take care while running. We offer this section as a
resource but we require people to use sound judgement in assessing the route in relation
to their abilities before setting off on their run. Safety is the best policy, if it
doesn't feel or look right don't do it.
