When using your Elite Primo Fluid Trainer or any other trainer the Elite Travel Block elevates the front wheel to the equivalent height of the rear wheel while on a trainer.  The Travel Block secures the front wheel to avoid accidental shifting of the front wheel.  The Travel Block is suitable both for road and mountain bike wheels.

Please note:  This is a indoor trainer tire and is not designed for use on the road.  It is advised to build a special "training rim" with this tire installed.  This will also help maintain a true wheel for indoor trainer use, which is also crucial.
