| De Soto Sport offers a 100% satisfaction
guarantee on all of their wetsuits. If you are not satisfied with one of their wetsuits at
the time you receive it, or if it does not perform to your satisfaction within the first
14 days of the purchase date, return it for repair, replacement, or refund (click here to go to our returns page). This guarantee
does not apply to other De Soto Sport products. |

T1 WETSUITS WARRANTY

| All T1 Wetsuits are fully warranted to the original owner against
defects in materials and workmanship for two
years from the purchase date (proof of purchase is required). If a T1 wetsuit fails due to
manufacturing defects, they will repair or replace it, at their discretion. If damage
occurs due to accident, improper care, or negligence to the Instructions of Proper Use
that comes with each T1 Wetsuit (also on T1wetsuits.com) such as fingernail tears, reef and rock tears, and
stepping on suits on pavements, it may be repaired for a reasonable charge. This charge
will be evaluated at the time of return. The warranty becomes null and void on any wetsuit
that is used for any activity other than swimming, or if silk screened, heat transferred,
embroidered, cut, or otherwise altered, after purchase. Desoto's policy is that they will
send the wetsuit to you in the same manner of priority it is sent to them. If your wetsuit
is in need of repair, and your warranty has expired, you will be responsible for freight
both ways. |
